911 - Lightly Framed

Mad Kane has a regular limerick challenge.
She provides the rhyme word, the rest is up to us.
This week the word is ‘frame’.

  1. good one

As kids he was bully to me
Still I did his taxes for free
    From wrongs I would sail
    As good would prevail
And federal jail was my fee
